Shipping Information
We are able to ship to your home or office within the United States and most other countries.
We offer UPS(United Parcel Service) and USPS (US Postal Service) to you as shipping choices.
On small orders USPS will be your best choice for price. On larger orders UPS will give you a better deal.
You may check shipping costs for both UPS and USPS directly from your Shopping Basket prior to checking out.
You select your shipping choice during the checkout process.
- If you paid by Check or Money Order your order WILL NOT be shipped until payment is received.
- All orders require 1-3 working days processing time before shipment is made. Bandana.com does not process orders during weekends or Holidays. Bandana.com does not guarantee same day shipping.
- UPS (United Parcel Service) Does not ship to P.O. Boxs.
- Military APO/FPO orders welcome! You must pick USPS for your shipping.
- Rush Orders: In the event you need a rush order you will be responsible for additional shipping charges and if applicable, any manufacturer rush charges that may incur. The standard processing above stated time still applies. Saturday Deliveries are subject to additional shipping charges, contact us for details and rates. Some orders can be shipped the same day. Please contact us at info@bandana.com or call us at 856-767-7499.
- International Orders: For all orders shipping outside of the United Sates you will be responsibe for all import duties, broker fees, bond fees and taxes. All UPS international shippments are subject to a broker fee, bond fee, and taxes. For all other fees please check with your local mail office.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is 100% unconditionally guaranteed. If you purchased a product from us and it does not meet your satisfaction, we will gladly refund, replace, or exchange your purchase. To assist us in this process we are asking you to fill out a Return/Exchange Form. This will assist us in processing your request in a timely manner.

The item(s) is being returned within the 7 day review period.
7 Day Review Period
Due to the nature of this business, we can only offer you 7 days to review your order. This 7-Day review period will start the day your item is delivered. Merchandise does not have to be returned within 7 days but should be shipped back to us on the seventh day. You do not have to call us to let us know that you are sending them. If you exceed this time allowed you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Items do not have to be shipped overnight, but item should be shipped back to us with a timely manner.
Note: All returns/ exchanges require this form to be completed and returned with all items purchased so we can process in a timely manner.

Exchanges
To exchange any of our products complete the Return / Exchange Form. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a WholesaleForEveryone.com error.
Defective or Damaged Products
We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects. If any product is found defective to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will refund or exchange providing you complete the return/exchange form in a timely manner and return the item(s) back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items not purchased from Bandana.com
- Products that have been modified or altered in any way
- Specialty items including any personalized items
- Items that have been worn or damaged by customer
- Items that are not returned within 30 days
We will refund or exchange any of our products that are damaged in shipping, are shown to have factory defects, or any items that does not meet your complete satisfaction. Refunds or Exchanges will not be given to products that have been used or damaged from customer misuse or neglect. WholesaleForEveryone.com will not refund any shipping or return shipping costs unless it is because of a shipment error or damaged item.
We guarantee all of our bandanas to be very soft and back it with a money back guarantee. Don’t be misled by our competitors’ cheap bandana prices. Our 68×68 thread count is softer and heavier than the much thinner and cardboard-like feel of our competitors 63×54 thread count.
